Conner’s Place — 47 Mostyn Avenue Llandudno and 60 Church Road Rhos On Sea. We are expanding our service and now hiring Support Workers to join our team to support young adults living with ASD, learning disabilities and other associated conditions. We are a small family run business with a friendly working environment.
Responsibilities
- Support young people with daily living tasks and to live their best lives, whilst they enjoy new experiences such as going to the gym, cinema, bingo, the zoo… in fact, anything fun that can improve a life.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, respectful, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care advantageous but not required as training will be given
