Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Valuer located in Slough. The Valuer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, providing accurate market appraisals, and advising clients on property valuations. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting properties, preparing detailed valuation reports, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market. The role also involves handling client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working in cooperation with other estate agents and property professionals within the Connells network.
Qualifications
- Experience in Estate Agents and Real Estate Appraisal
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Valuation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Accurate attention to detail and analytical skills
- Professional qualification in property valuation is a plus
- A valid UK driving license
