Key responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
- Proactively book mortgage appointments from the opportunities in the Estate agency business (2 per day) along with other estate agency KPIs in the first 6-12 months.
- Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support.
- Take part in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships.
- Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs.
- Attracting new customers and business while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
