Job DescriptionAre you a friendly and proactive individual with strong organisational skills? We\’re seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Cardiff.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our office and provide crucial support to senior management and colleagues across the business.Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Visitor Management: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide refreshments to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Communication & Coordination: Share company-wide updates and liaise effectively with senior management.
- Facilities & Office Management: Report maintenance issues, keep office spaces tidy, and maintain kitchen/staff areas.
- Health & Safety: Coordinate fire and first aid requirements and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Administrative Support: Handle post, manage supplies, minute meetings, book interviews, and help plan office/social events.
- Culture Champion: Help foster a positive and professional workplace culture, reinforcing our values.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grade C or above).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong administrative and IT skills.
- Experience in office administration is desirable; legal sector exposure is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, professional approach.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and dependable with strong time management.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team.
