We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Group Technology team in Milton Keynes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a cutting-edge, Anti Money Laundering digital experience for our customers, estate agent staff and financial crime teams. You will lead product discovery and collaborate with engineering, business and 3rd party teams to bring this product to life from the ground up. This is a hands-on but senior role with visibility all the way to the top levels of the company. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in our office in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition of the product vision and define quarterly OKRs, partnering with senior leaders from our Estate Agency, Compliance and Technology areas.
  • Analyse data and engage with users to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure product alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Gather and document epics, features and user stories.
  • Prioritise the backlog based on user feedback, business value, and development effort.
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities.
  • Develop and maintain an outcome-based product roadmap.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of engineering, quality, design, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Act as product lead across both teams, while coaching a Product Owner.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party and other tech and business teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators.
