This is a full-time, on-site Sales Negotiator role based in Leighton Buzzard. The Sales Negotiator will manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers, arranging and conducting property viewings, following up promptly, and providing clear feedback and guidance. The role includes negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, progressing sales through to completion, and maintaining accurate records in line with branch processes. The Sales Negotiator will deliver high standards of customer service, build long-term client relationships, and support the branch in meeting and exceeding sales targets. The position also involves working closely with colleagues across sales, lettings, mortgages, and other services to generate business opportunities and referrals.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in estate agency or property sales, with an understanding of the Estate Agents environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proven customer service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive, professional experience at every stage of the sales process.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and working towards targets in a fast-paced setting.
