Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Mortgage Consultant, based in Colchester. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on mortgage options, processing mortgage applications, and managing client relationships. Day‑to‑day tasks include assessing client financial situations, matching clients with suitable mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
• Skills in Finance, Mortgages, and related financial products
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on‑site in Colchester
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in finance, mortgage advising, or related fields are beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
