This Branch Manager role in Doncaster is a key leadership opportunity within one of the UK's most successful estate agency groups.
Your Role: As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Doncaster residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience within estate agency.
- A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Numerate, detail‑focused and results‑driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
