This branch is truly impressive, staffed by a high-performing team that includes a successful Lister, an experienced Senior Negotiator, and a dedicated Administrator. Your Role: As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Filton residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
