We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training program that offers structured training and support throughout your tenure with the company. Our approach combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.

Our program integrates classroom learning with regular assessments and practical exposure, aiming to equip our Trainees with the skills necessary for a successful and long-lasting career as a Valuation Surveyor.

To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

  • An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
  • An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
  • A minimum of four years of property-related work experience (e.g., negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent in asset management, LPA, or property management) involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.
