We have established our in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme, offering structured training and support throughout your tenure with us. Our approach combines technical training with practical on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.

Our programme blends classroom learning with regular assessments and practical application, aiming to equip Trainees with the skills for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor. Minimum Requirements:
  • An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
  • An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience (e.g., estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines).
  • At least 4 years of property-related work experience (e.g., negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or similar roles involving property caseloads and decision-making).
