We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that provides structured training and support throughout your employment. This programme combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, allowing trainees to shadow experienced Surveyors and participate in classroom sessions.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for residential property and surveying, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management, and organisational abilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- An RICS-accredited surveying degree, graduate or postgraduate, including modules in valuation and building surveying, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
- An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
- A minimum of four years of property-related work experience (e.g., negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent in asset management, LPA, or property management), involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.
