Job Description Are you a student looking for a placement? We have a 12 months placement opportunities starting in September 2025 and we are on the look out for students who are studying a RICS accredited degree. Our first class structured placement programme provides a mix of shadowing real-time residential surveys and associated valuations. In addition we will take you through how our award winning engine room back office support functions operate. We are firm believers that technical training must be combined with on-the-job experience, so there will be tremendous mentoring support throughout your year with us. You need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car throughout your placement. Your year with us will provide a structured mixture of experience, suitable for you to consider joining us, once you graduate, onto our Trainee Associate surveyor programme as a full time employee. To join the graduate training scheme, you will require a year’s work experience in an area relevant to the residential and valuation AssocRICS pathway. Our full time trainees have the opportunity to combine classroom learning with regular assessment and practical experience to progress towards the RICS AssocRICS qualification.Further opportunities are available to progress towards MRICS status, subject to RICS criteria being met.
