Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a professional manner, work to a high standard and maximise productivity by undertaking survey and valuation work.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential surveying inclusive of Mortgage Valuations and RICS Home Surveys Level 1, 2 & 3.
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology with strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.
• Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS.
• Desire to develop professionally and progress within the organisation.
