We are looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our Estate Agency team in Slough. OTE – £50,000 with uncapped commission and career progression.
Responsibilities
- Listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Building rapport with new and existing clients, customers face to face or over the phone.

Skills and experience
- Estate Agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- Full UK driving licence.
