Customer Service Advisor

Do you have an outgoing personality? Do you like talking to people over the telephone? Would you like to work in a fun and rewarding environment? Do you want to work for a company where 90% of our progression is done internally? If the answer to these questions is yes, we may have the job for you! We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work in our busy central operations team, where you will be on the phone booking appointments, arranging surveyor visits or dealing with queries from customers, processing valuation instructions.

For this role you need to have excellent communication skills, ideally you will have some customer service experience and are motivated and engaged to do a great job within a great team. People are our most important asset, and we are dedicated to ensuring ambitious, able individuals can progress in their careers with the company.
