We have an exciting opportunity to join Connells Survey & Valuation as an Area Director.

To succeed in the role, you will need a proven track record in recruiting, building and developing high performing teams, delivering great results through strong leadership and motivating others. You will also be expected to build a strong personal profile as the face of Connells Survey & Valuation within the surveyor and client community and make a full contribution as a member of the surveyor leadership team, to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

The role requires excellent organisation skills and an ability to communicate effectively, setting a clear vision and then managing the performance of every member of the team, to maximise productivity and deliver the very best service standards.

As well as this, you will have had previous success in residential surveying inclusive of Mortgage Valuations and RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys. You will be an Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS and have a real passion for developing yourself to be the best you can be.
