You'll be the driving force behind performance across your area, working closely with Branch Managers and their teams to:
- Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers to deliver consistently strong results
- Drive revenue, profitability and market share across the region
- Recruit, retain and develop high-performing teams
- Identify new business and growth opportunities
- Support branches to overcome challenges and turn opportunities into results
- Create a strong performance culture while maintaining excellent customer standards
You'll ideally be an experienced Area Manager or a successful Branch/Senior Branch Manager ready to take the next step, with: - A strong track record of delivering results within estate agency
- The ability to lead, influence and get the best from people
- Strong commercial awareness and a focus on growth
- Excellent business generation skills
- Energy, resilience and a hands-on leadership style
- A full UK driving licence
