As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving lettings activity, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients find their perfect property match.
Responsibilities
- Register and engage with new applicants, maintaining regular and proactive communication
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and manage the lettings process on behalf of clients.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the local property market.
- Collaborate closely with your Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Work collaboratively across departments, referring business where appropriate.
