About the Role
As an Area Director, you will lead, inspire and support our branches and colleagues across the region. You will work closely with the Lettings Area Director to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and positive culture. You will be accountable for delivering strong financial and performance results through effective leadership, engagement, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador, leading by example, and coaching your teams to be among the best in the industry.
- Championing the company vision and ensuring your teams understand and work towards our strategic goals.
- Coaching, developing, and managing all employees to maximise performance at every level.
- Overseeing all branch operations in your area, shaping clear career paths, and managing the P&L to drive financial success.
- Maximising employee engagement through proactive recruitment, reducing attrition, and supporting long-term retention.
- Monitoring and reporting on area performance against key financial and operational targets.
- Providing additional support and direction to branches when needed, ensuring consistent performance standards.
- Driving significant market share growth through proactive processes and by identifying new business opportunities.
