Trainee Lettings Negotiator. We’re looking for a motivated individual to be our next Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our Ashton Burkinshaw Lettings team based in Tonbridge/ Tunbridge Wells.
This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. With an OTE of £30,000, industry-leading training, and a supportive team, you’ll have everything you need to succeed and build a successful career.

Your Role
- Generate and book new client prospects
- Qualify and service new applicants
- Carry out property viewings
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion
- Administer tenancies (with support)
- Provide outstanding customer service
