In this role, you will help people find their dream home while building a rewarding career in property. With full training provided, you will:

  • Generate and book property valuations
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
  • Negotiate offers and agree on sales
  • Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

To be successful as a Trainee Estate Agent, you will:

  • Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service
  • Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
