Trainee Estate Agent
Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our successful Mann residential sales team in Ramsgate. This is an entry‑level role designed to develop you into a fully fledged estate agency professional. You will learn every aspect of the estate agency model through a structured development and training programme, providing exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services, allowing you to control your career.

- Generate and book property valuations
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers

To be successful as a Trainee Estate Agent, you will:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
