The Role
As a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right mortgage and protection solutions while developing your expertise within a supportive and high-performing environment.
- Build strong working relationships with Estate Agency colleagues to maximise opportunities.
- Generate new business through referrals and proactive networking.
- Guide customers through every stage of the mortgage and protection journey.
- Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through ongoing coaching and training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving agreed performance targets.
- Ce MAP qualified (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Driven, ambitious and eager to build a successful career in financial services.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
