What you'll be doing
- Building strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues
- Generating new business and making the most of referral opportunities
- Learning about mortgage and protection products through structured training
- Supporting customers throughout their home-buying journey
- Delivering excellent customer service while working towards sales targets
- Working towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor
- Previous sales experience and a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
- A customer-focused approach and a professional manner
- Good organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
