Hamptons are currently looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our PM Hub. Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the relationship between Tenant and Landlord
  • Manage the Landlord Portfolio
  • Create and maintain detailed, accurate files notes
  • Manage day to day relationships with contractors
  • Progress Damages & Reimbursements
  • Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Preparation of reports to Senior Management
  • Monitoring workload of team
  • Hold monthly 121s with the team
  • Oversee training and development of new members of staff
  • Handling complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer Care
  • Comply with all Legislation

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience within Estate Agency, Residential Lettings and Property Management
  • You will be highly motivated and able to demonstrate success within Property Management
  • You will be qualified to ARLA /NFOPP Legal Advanced Level or Equivalent
  • Able to demonstrate first class customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
  • High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
