Your Role:
- As Senior Branch Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational performance of our Bitterne residential sales team.
- You will set direction, drive results and develop a high-performing management and sales team, ensuring consistently high standards and exceptional customer outcomes.
- You will take an active role in valuations and listings, mentor future leaders and build strong local relationships.

- Proven management experience within estate agency
