The Programme
This 12-month rotational programme offers real exposure, responsibility and development. You’ll rotate across key areas of our Mortgage and Insurance business, including:
- Mortgage Operations
- Insurance Operations
- Quality & Assurance
- Business Development
- Marketing
- Projects & Analytics
Working closely with experienced leaders, you’ll build a broad commercial understanding, develop confidence and capability, and be supported to grow into a future leadership role within Connells Group.
