At Connells, we are looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager – Estate Agent to join our fantastic Estate Agency team in Sherborne.
OTE- £35,000+ - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

- In this role you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- You will be building rapport with new and existing clients and customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- You will also be maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in‑house mortgage advisors.
