What you'll be doing:
- Advising customers on the full range of mortgage and protection products
- Generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Coaching and supporting estate agency colleagues to boost performance
- Playing a key role in branch meetings and contributing to team success
What we're looking for:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with proven experience
- Skilled at generating new business and building strong client relationships
- Exceptional customer care with the ability to deliver tailored solutions
- Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-focused
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
