We\’re seeking a motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Taylors. As a Branch Lister, you\’ll play a crucial role in listing and gaining new instructions for properties while providing exceptional customer service.

Your Role:
As a Branch Lister, you\’ll list properties and maintain excellent customer relationships, building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone, ensuring the highest level of service.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator
- Outstanding customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a Full UK driving license
