We have an exciting opening for a Sales Assistant to join our team. Finders Keepers is a leading Estate Agency built on its exceptional knowledge and expertise. This position offers a rare opportunity for you to join us as a novice and learn all aspects of property sales within Finders Keepers. The role will be administration based and you will start by supporting our sales teams across various locations in Oxfordshire. On the job training will be provided which will result in your progression within our business and eventually allow you the autonomy to generate positive interest in our available properties, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Assistant include:

  • First point of contact for vendors and applicants
  • Management of the applicant database
  • Administrative support for colleagues

  • Basic diary management

Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Sales Assistant:
