CONNELLS GROUP is seeking an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will undertake lender and private valuation work and L2 surveys, applying detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
The role requires MRICS/Assoc/FRICS membership or eligibility, and post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold or HMO is preferred but not essential. We offer a competitive remuneration package and ongoing CPD opportunities.
