Residential Sales ManagerAlan de Maid , part of Connells Group, is looking for an ambitious Residential Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Chislehurst. This is a great opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional who enjoys winning business, building strong relationships and progressing their career within a market-leading organisation.
You will work closely with an experienced Branch Manager in a successful residential sales branch, with clear development and progression opportunities available.
About the Role:As Residential Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the branch\’s residential sales performance. This is a hands‐on position focused on business generation, customer experience and supporting the overall success of the branch.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new business and supporting the Branch Manager in winning instructions
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, both over the phone and face-to-face
Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
Maximising opportunities by booking appointments for in-house mortgage advisors
Supporting sales performance through pipeline management and daily activity
Identifying opportunities to grow market share while maintaining high service standards

What We\’re Looking For:
Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or Sales Manager level
Strong telephone skills with the ability to convert opportunities
Proven experience generating new business in a target‐driven environment
Resilient, positive and well organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
IT literate, including MS Office, email and CRM systems
Full UK driving licence
