Connells Group is looking for a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Connells Rayleigh branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a long-term career in financial services. No mortgage experience is required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
  • Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
  • Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
  • Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
  • Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, ambitious and career‑focused.
