Protection Consultant - Dynamo

What you'll be doing
- Providing protection advice tailored to each customer's needs.
- Recommending suitable life, critical illness and income protection solutions.
- Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Conducting fact-finds and understanding clients' protection requirements.
- Researching products across a panel of leading insurers.
- Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and providers.
- Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales and quality targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring FCA compliance.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales, banking, financial services or consultative role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering great outcomes.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve individual and team targets.
- Protection experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the right individual.
