At Connells, we are looking for a highly motivated Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Taunton. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
- Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
- Maintain a central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner.
- Monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements.
- Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
- Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch.
Skills and Experience:
- Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
- Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
- Good team player
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good analytical ability
