An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Negotiator to join our sales team in North Oxford. This position will allow you the autonomy to generate positive interest in our available properties, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales.
Each team member receives excellent training, including the opportunity to study for and achieve the industry‑recognised Propertymark qualification. Key responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:- First point of contact for vendors and applicants
- Manage the applicant database
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate deals and agree sales
- Proactively market properties
- Build relationships with clients and provide regular feedback
- Administration relating to sales progressing
- Responsible for ensuring clients are fully compliant
- Management of own diary whilst considering the team
- Spot and nurture new business opportunities
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/lettings agency
- Excellent track record in achieving targets
- Able to demonstrate strong sales performance
