We are looking for an Accounts & Banking Reconciliation Administrator to join our Accounts team who share the same passion for numbers as we do! Working in a large vibrant centre, you could be joining a team supporting our branches or one of our many specialist teams. There’s also plenty of opportunity to move around teams as you progress.

The role of a Bank Reconciliation Administrator:
- Demonstrating your passion for working with people and money, by taking ownership of queries and seeing them through to a positive resolution.
- Applying your knowledge to support our customers in an efficient and engaging way, so you will need a good telephone manner, coupled with excellent numeracy and administration skills.
- Having a very keen eye for detail as you will be handling landlord and tenant money on a daily basis.
- Establishing and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues; demonstrating excellent customer service skills and developing them further.
- Being a Team Player! Confidently engaging and participating in team meetings and training which will ultimately support our customers.
Skills and Experience to be a Bank Reconciliation Administrator:
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally.
- Good at building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders across the business.
- Effective time management and managing expectations.
- Previous experience in either Lettings or in complaint handling roles is desirable, but full training will be given.
- Self-motivated – able to work independently whilst maintaining a role as part of our team.
