Connells Group is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the successful team at our Pinkmove branch in Newport.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues
- Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities
- Support customers with tailored mortgage and protection solutions
- Guide customers through the home-buying journey from enquiry to completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service whilst achieving and exceeding targets
Skills & Experience
We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
- Either a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) or a genuine interest in gaining the qualification and pursuing a career in Financial Services
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-focused, target-driven environment
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service and organisational abilities
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
