Overview of the Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) role at Connells Group, supporting Geering & Colyer residential sales team in New Romney. This is an entry-level role designed to develop you into a fully-fledged estate agency professional, with industry-leading training, a clear career pathway, and the support of a market-leading organisation with a proven track record of developing talent.
You will learn every aspect of the estate agency model through a structured, industry-leading development and training programme, providing exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services.
OTE: £25k-30k | Uncapped Commission | Clear Career Progression
Responsibilities:
- Generate and book property valuations
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales
- Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
