At Connells, part of the Connells Group, we\'re looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Progressor to join our fantastic team covering the Midlands.
OTE- £32,000- Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
A quick look at the role
In this role you will be liaising with developers, solicitors, mortgage companies, surveyors and other professionals involved in the new homes sales process, ensuring that all parties are kept fully updated and that sales progress efficiently through to completion. You will be the final point of contact and be responsible for handing over the keys to proud new homeowners.
This position is ideal for someone with new homes sales experience looking to move away from a front-facing sales role into a more administrative, coordination-based role within the industry.
