Connells Group is seeking an experienced New Homes Manager to cover Darlington and surrounding areas. You will use your experience in valuations, winning business and relationship-building to develop partnerships with developers, housebuilders and our branch network, driving the growth of our New Homes business.
You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with developers, and support delivery of new homes strategies across the region, working closely with branches to maximise.
