Experienced Mortgage Broker
Capital Private Finance is looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Broker to join their successful team, working alongside our prestigious estate agency partner, John D Wood & Co.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-net-worth client base across South West London, covering a number of our John D Wood and Co offices, providing tailored mortgage and property finance solutions.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week office-based and 2 days working remotely, offering flexibility whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you will work closely with clients to understand their property finance needs, delivering expert advice across a wide range of mortgage and lending solutions.
Working alongside the John D Wood & Co network, you will benefit from a consistent flow of warm introductions and high-quality leads from one of the UK's most respected premium estate agency brands.
What We're Looking For
- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Minimum 2 years' active mortgage broking experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to succeed
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales performance and results
- Ability to confidently advise high-net-worth clients and manage complex cases
