We are looking for a motivated individual to be our next Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Bridgfords team based in Withington. What We’re Looking For:

Your Role:
- Generate and book new client prospects.
- Qualify and service new applicants.
- Carry out property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support).
- Provide outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Bring:

- Full UK Driving License.
