What you’ll be doing:
- Lead from the front, inspire, mentor and energise a large conveyancing team to hit targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Own the operation, oversee day‑to‑day performance, workload management and resourcing to keep everything running smoothly.
- Drive consistency by ensuring all teams work to agreed structures, processes and best practice.
