This Senior Branch Manager role is ideal for an established estate agency manager ready to take on broader responsibility and greater influence.
Your Role
As Senior Branch Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational performance of our Hove residential sales team. You will set direction, drive results and develop a high-performing management and sales team, ensuring consistently high standards and exceptional customer outcomes. You will take an active role in valuations and listings, mentor future leaders and build strong local relationships. Living our values, you will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and professionalism while delivering sustainable branch growth.
