Lettings Property Lister
OTE- £35,000 – Uncapped Commission – Company Car/Car Allowance – Career Progression
At Connells, part of the Connells Group, we\’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as Lettings Property Lister to complement our fantastic residential lettings team in Coventry.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister
- Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving license
