About the RoleAs a Lettings Negotiator , you will play a key role in driving lettings activity, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients find their perfect property match. You will:
Register and engage with new applicants, maintaining regular and proactive communication
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
Arrange, organise, and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate offers and manage the lettings process on behalf of clients.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the local property market.
Collaborate closely with your Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Work collaboratively across departments, referring business where appropriate.
