We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Andrew Reeves team based in Bromley, Kent. This is a great opportunity to grow within residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. What We’re Looking For:

  • The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
  • Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.

Your Role:

  • Generate and book valuations.
  • Qualify and service new applicants.
  • Carry out property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
  • Administer tenancies (with support).
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
